Yoga, for me, has never been just movement. It's a way to come home to yourself.


In high-pressure lives, we often live entirely in our minds. Moving fast, thinking ahead, disconnected from breath and body. Open Sky Inner Flow is an invitation to pause. Through mindful movement, breath, and intentional practice, I create spaces for deep reconnection. Whether in a private session, a small gathering, or simply a moment to reset.


Every practice is trauma-informed and invitational. There is no performance here. Only presence.

Where this
all began

I came to yoga not as a practitioner, but as someone searching. In a life moving at full speed, I found that the mat was the only place I could actually stop. That experience became a calling.


Open Sky Inner Flow was born from a belief that the most important movement is the one that brings you back to yourself. I teach from that place: curious, grounded, and always in service of your wholeness.

No experience needed. My approach draws from both physiological and psychological understanding of the body, which means sessions are adapted to where you are, not where you think you "should" be. Whether you are completely new, returning after a long break, or carrying an injury or stress, you are welcome here. The question is not your level. It is simply whether you are ready to show up for yourself.

Beyond flexibility, a consistent practice supports nervous system regulation, better sleep, reduced anxiety, and greater body awareness. Over time, many people notice they respond to stress differently and feel more at home in their bodies. If you feel disconnected, exhausted by a busy mind, or simply curious about what it might feel like to slow down with intention, this space is for you. It is not about achieving a perfect pose. It is about what happens inside you when you finally give yourself permission to arrive.

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga where breath and movement are linked together. Rather than holding static poses, you move through sequences in a continuous, rhythmic way. Think of it as a moving meditation. Each session is different, and the pace can be adapted to suit your body on any given day.

When we live at high speed, we lose the thread back to our own bodies. We stop noticing tension, breath, sensation. The practice I guide is about rebuilding that connection. Not through force or discipline, but through listening. Your body already knows the way. We just create space for it to be heard.

Trauma-informed yoga recognizes that the body holds memory. Some cues, poses, or environments can feel unsafe for people carrying past experiences. In my classes, everything is an invitation, never an instruction. You always have full autonomy over your body. There is no "right" way to do a pose, and there is no judgment if something does not feel right for you today.
